Together we created a ‘black’ barleywine, adding a touch of dark malt to an English-style recipe and aged it in Spirit Hound single-malt whiskey barrels for one year.\n10) BA Muncherwein (Munichwine)ABV: 14.4%This barleywine variant (Munichwine) was made with all Root Shoot Munich malts. Brewed in collaboration with Liquid Mechanics. Aged in a blend of Old Elk whiskey-finished cognac and Old Elk wheated-bourbon for one year.
