Grain Vs Grape: 4-Course Beer/Wine Dinner Pairing
Join us at Verboten North in Fort Collins on November 12th, 2024, for an unforgettable evening of flavor as we pit Grain against Grape in our 4-course beer and wine dinner pairing. Starting with guest check-in at 6:30 PM, the first course will be served at 7:00 PM, with the evening wrapping up by 8:30 PM. Each of the four expertly crafted courses will be paired with both a hand-picked wine and a Verboten craft beer—2oz of wine and 4oz of beer per course.
The menu includes:
Course One: Squash – Zucchini involtini, smoked eggplant, tomato fennel, basil broth
Course Two: Risotto – Pumpkin, sage, brown butter, king trumpet mushroom
Course Three: Pork – Pork shank, pho, spiced demi-glace, jalapeño
Course Four: Summer Sadness – Vanilla, pumpkin, and apple swirl ice cream with apple caramel sauce
