Beer Release: Gallagher Swagger – Kolsch

Releasing Friday, March 25th is our assistant brewer, Scott Sarrels’ first recipe with Verboten Brewing! “Gallagher Swagger” is our Kolsch brewed using Pilsner & Vienna malt provided by Loveland’s very own Root Shoot Malting! This rich golden Kolsch was crafted using Hallertau Blanc & Perle hops providing a spicy, herbal & floral aroma with flavors of white wine, grape, & lemongrass. Come enjoy a pint of this crushable ale over the hot weekend ahead!
